We were able to mitigate both of these through the addition of evergreen trees and mature shrubs. To further offset any road noise we designed and constructed a low maintenance, pond-less water feature. The soothing sounds of trickling water both masked unwanted noises and create ambiance for the adjacent terrace area.

The terrace features a raised fire pit and a large dining/entertaining area, constructed with highly durable sand-set pavers, this terrace will be a favorite summer living area for years to come. Perennial flower gardens were added to both soften and dining the terrace area while also adding seasonal color to the overall landscape.
